Choroiditis: The disease affects otherwise healthy young patients in their third decade (average age, 34 y; range, 6-74 y), with an incidence of bilateral involvement of 80%. The principle presenting symptom is usually blurry vision with or without photophobia. Mild ocular pain may occur, accompanied by complaints of metamorphopsia, floaters, scotomas, etc. Fundus examination reveals multiple, small, dots.
