Female reproductive : Gynecological surgery refers to the surgery for the female reproductive organs. This includes the ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes, vagina and cervix.

Reproductive organs: Gynecological surgery relates to procedures involving the pelvis and women's reproductive organs. This usually includes surgery affecting the ovaries, the fallopian tubes, the uterus, and the cervix. It can also involve the bladder and the surrounding, supportive structures and tissues of the pelvis. Common surgeries are d&c, tubal sterilization, hysterectomy, bladder repair, & ovarian cystectomy.
