What?: Why do you think you have cancer? You went on a diet and lost weight. I don't understand the issue(s). Losing weight with nafld/nash/fatty liver is potentially helpful to decrease the risk of liver cirrhosis and increased risk of liver cancer (hcc).

Nah: Welcome back. You have asked numerous questions over several months, described essentially normal results on several blood and imaging tests. Sounds like you are healthy, at least healthier than you were before you sought to lose weight to treat fatty liver. Talk to your doc.
