LBP: If not already tried, consider weight control, yoga, pilates, tai chi, swim, glucosamine with chondroitin, purified omega, laser, biofeedback, acupuncture, obviously pt, & thorough medical exam.

You can also ask : Your primary care doctor for a referral to a pain management specialist, usually an anaesthesiologist by training. They do some relatively simple ( when compared to back surgery) procedures that may give you some relief.
