Maybe!: It is possible that you are pregnant, but more probably it is just because you're not ovulating since you're breast-feeding. Visiting your physician who may start you on a Progesterone only birth-control pill may be a good idea.

Could be normal: Spotting and some mild pains may be normal in breastfeeding women. If you are spacing out your nursing/pumping more than 4 hours apart -it is possible for your body to start ovulating again, it is definitely possible for you to be pregnant, and u should check. It is always a good idea to use a safe-for-breastfeeding contraceptive, b/c the contraceptive protection from breastfeeding is not reliab.
