I had a uti-caused kidney infection, which i treated with cipro (ciprofloxacin). the uti came back. is there anything i can do to cure the uti without antibiotics?

No: Cranberry is marginally helpful for uti, but if UTI gets to kidney infection, then please see your doctor asap. I suggest to do a urine culture, the bacteria might not be sensitive to cipro (ciprofloxacin).

U need antibiotics: Bacteria causing your UTI may have bee resistant to cipro, (ciprofloxacin) so it did not work. U need to get a urine culture with sensitivities to identify the causating organism & what antibiotics would be effective. Good luck.
