It was thought i had addisons disease but blood cortisol came back normal. im still passing out, have stomach & back pains. what could it be?

More evaluation: You may need more evaluation, what was your cortisol level? Did they obtain an acth level? Other labs? It is true it could be something else, but cortisol levels need to be interpreted by an expert as the normal value depends on the patient's health. If sick, levels should be at stress response level. Sometimes, more tests are indicated.
