What does it mean to have hydrogenated fat? is it good for me?

Means bad news: Natural fats saturated , means no empty seats for hydrogen on the molecule , unsaturated fats are good ones, if artificially add h to them becomes hyrogenated fats., which becomes bad fats. They are not good for any one , but look good, increase shelf life , and acquires all the bad qualities of saturated fats.
