Are partially hydrogenated oils infused with trans fats, or does the change occur once inside the body?

In the oil: Hydrogenation changes monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats to trans fats. Avoid them as much as possible. They increase profits for the manufacturer at the expense of your health. Shop companies that do not use them and they will eventually disappear from foods when people will not buy them.
