Hard to tell: See your md asap. Your home pregnancy test will stay positive for several days, so this is not a good measure as to whether or not you are still pregnent. Your physician may choose to follow your prenancy hormone levels (hcg levels) to see if they are trending upward (likely still pregnant) or trending downward (likely miscarried). Your doctor may also choose to perform an ultrasound.
