Pregnant ?'s: If the "heavy periods/clots" have been standard with prior periods, and are regular (24-32 days apart, pregnancy is not likely. However, if unprotected sex has occurred, pregnancy can exist outside the uterus (ectopic), so obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Ask your gyn about low does oral bcp's to be better protected if sexually active.
