Im 30 weeks pregnant and i feel like i've dropped is that possible cause i feel a lot of pressure in my lower vaginal area?

Check with your OB: You didn't say whether this is your first baby or not. But the sensation of a lot of pressure should be checked out. Certainly, you want to be sure your cervix is not thinning or dilating early. But you might even have a urinary tract infection - common, and important to have treated.
