See below: Hemmorhoids are swollen perianal vascular tissue, often associated with constipation. Warts are an infection caused by human papilloma virus, spread by intimate and skin to skin contact. Warts are contagious, while hemorrhoids are not. The treatments are also different. Check with your primary care doc for treatment options.

Vessels vs skin : Hemorrhoids are engorged blood vessels. Genital warts are skin lesions usually caused by a virus.

See below: Hemorrhoid are due to increased pressure in the venous circulation. Warts are due to hpv infection. Hemorrhoid are not contagious but warts are.
