You mean enima?: Assuming you mean an enima and your bowels, the answer is yes. Having a hysterectiomy will not affect your ability to give yourself an enima. You may also try increasing the fiber and fluids in your diet, and possibly using a stool softener. If constipation persists, then see your doctor, good luck pugsley.
