Possible...: If you had surgery recently and now having pain upon urination this is most likely a UTI. See your doctor for urine test and treatment.

After surgery prob: Recommend that you go see your doctor TODAY. 8 wks from surgery you should be almost 100% your old self. Your pain could be related to bladder infection or scar tissue or something else. Your doctor would run tests to see why you are not better.

See a physician ASAP: A patient who had a partial hysterectomy 8 weeks ago, and having severe pain on urinating and when moving her bowels should see a physician ASAP. It's likely that a bladder infection is causing the pain on urination. Pain on moving the bowels may be a result of recent constipation resulting in an anal fissure (crack in the anal skin). Must check with Dr to be sure no surgical complications present

Pain with Urination: Pain with urination may represent something as routine as a urinary tract infection. That said, it would be best to follow up with your surgeon so they can view your symptoms in context of your recent surgery.
