My throat problem there is not painful but feel unconfortable and bad smell and some times it came out small piece of like suger size bad small things?

Bad breath may: Result from inadequate oral hygiene: food left behind can break down & cause odor. Tooth decay can also cause mouth odor. Sinus conditions with chronic drainage may add to problem.
