Maybe: It is difficult to say without seeing what they look like, how many there are, and if you have other lesions elsewhere. The best way to make a sure diagnosis is to see a dermatologist and possibly have one of the lesions biopsied. That is really the only way to make a diagnosis of a neurofibroma or other skin tumor.
