Nope: A grade 2 placenta only describes the maturity appearance of the placenta on ultrasound. A previa is a dangerous condition that requires c-section for delivery to avoid hemorrhage, fetal loss, or death. Gender is a different topic but this can be seen on us when repeating your scan @ 32-34 wks to see if your previa has moved away from the cervix. Please discuss this with your OB & take care.
