Probably: If you're already been examined by a doc and been told everything is ok, then that's alright for now. Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that live in the right lower quadrant that could be inflamed and percolating: ovarian cyst, appendix, kidney stone. The serial abdominal exam is the most valuable information you can collect. Watch for symptoms to develop over time. In the meantime, relax.
