Ureter spasm: This is normal since if the stone was big enough to cause some irritation and injury to your ureter, this will take a few days for the inflammation and spasm to go down and for you to feel better. I'm not sure what medication regimen your urologist has given you but there are prescription medications that can help reduce the spasm.
