Sudafed and ibuprofe: Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) will help with the congestion in the sinuses (and ears) as long as your blood pressure is not high. Sudafed can increase your bloodpressure. Ibuprofen will help with the inflammation and pressure as well- so taking both or in combination will help with the "blocked" feeling in your ears.
