My blood pressure was 160/100 at the doctor today, but at home was 116/77. is it white-coat syndrome? should i be concerned? home reading is great.

Possible white coat: This may be an example of white coat syndrome but you want to make sure you'd blood pressure is not truly elevated. You should calibrate your blood pressure measuring device and measure your blood pressure regularly to be sure.
