White coat syndrome: This happens often with classic "white coat syndrome." simply tell the dr about your concerns, as if treated, your BP may drop too low when at home. Use an ambulatory BP cuff and document your reading outside the office, bring the reading in and let your dr. Note them and discuss your care based on the full picture. Best wishes.
