Ketaconazole: Ketaconazole cream should work well if indeed you have a yeast infection. If it doesn't clear, see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Ear yeast: Very rare in humans. Usually indicates an associated condition such as, chronic infection, diabetes which is uncontrolled, severe scratches because of allergies of the mucosal or skin inside the canal, or s/p chemotherapy, HIV infection, etc. An ENT should be involved and a throughout check with blood work and culture might be necessary.
