Why does my 9 month old suddenly refuse to eat solids?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's normal: Around 9 months old many kids start refusing being spoon-fed. They are growing up! the goal at this phase is to start teaching healthy finger foods. You might be able to still get in some of the earlier foods as dips, spreads, or sauces on the finger foods. Or by giving your baby a spoon to hold and alternating bites with a spoon you hold.
