See doctor: The important question here is whether he does not eat solids due to a toddler's odd choice, or due to a difficulty with swallowing them. He needs to be evaluated to ensure there is nothing wrong with his upper digestive tract that might prevent comfortable swallowing of solid food. Please take him to the doctor.
