I tore my acl during a soccer game a yr ago and had a hamstring graft, had screw removed 2 days ago, when can i get back to training?

When wounds healed: When the wounds have healed you should be able to resume training. Removing the screws at this stage will have no impact on stability or the graft. The graft has long since been incorporated into bone.

Discuss with surgeon: Not all hardware removals can be treated the same. Your specific situation is best manged by a thorough discussion with your surgeon's office. One can usually advance as tolerated once any small wounds have healed.
