Possible ganglion: A small rounded mass on your wrist is most likely a ganglion cyst. They commonly arise on the top (or dorsum) of the wrist in line with the 3rd or middle finger. A ganglion is an outpockeing of the joint and filled with synovial fluid from your wrist. The most effective treatment is surgical excision. See your hand surgeon for evaluation.
