How come: How come the CBC is being repeatedly tested? That would give you a clue to what is going on. Lab tests are often misinterpreted if not taken in context of clinical symptoms and history. If the WBC change is minimal, then you could say normal variation, or you could say previous stress or previous infection. More info would be very helpful. Good luck.
