Urine testing: couple of Q's first: Was this urine test around your menses? If so it might be due to that. If not, then you may need renal function testing. Was there any protein in the urine sample?

Provide more info: I don't understand the RBC number, the normal RBC count for women is 4.2-5.4 million cells/mcL, It might help if you report the lab results as they indicated on the report.
