See specialist today: Go see foot and ankle specialist today. There a a number of things that could cause the calf pain. Need to rule out gastroc/soleus tear versus dvt. Xrays, MRI and/or diagnostic venous ultrasound may be in order. The findings will dictate your course to recovery.

Elevate and ice: Pain after a sprain comes from swelling. Elevation and ice are the best way to control it. If you have not been seen by a doctor you should get an xray to make sure it's just a sprain.

Have it evaluated: Possible cause of your pain may include sprain, bursitis, fracture, contusion, neuritis, or a blood clot, but of course there are a multitude of other possibilities. Get the feet inspected by a professional to determine the cause of the problem, as treatment varies depending on the diagnosis.
