Probably not: A bicuspid aortic valve by itself should not preclude you from activity. The usual course is to develop aortic stenosis (blockage of the valve) and sometime a leaking valve too. It is common to find aortic enlargement associated with bicuspid valves. However, you should be seeing a doctor to monitor your valve and to treat your high blood pressure. This very important.

Consult with doctor: It is great that you are exercising and loosing weight. It is always best to check with your doctor before you start an exercise program to make sure it is safe for you. Don't stop, but talk to your doctor.
