Depends on cause: Depends on the cause. Dry skin is best managed with moisturizers. Pupps can be managed with oatmeal baths, steroids, benadryl (diphenhydramine). More serious causes require evaluation with dermatologist and ob.

Depends on cause: Antihistamine useful only if hives. Several types of itch specific to pregnancy. See a dermatologist or at least consult your ob. Meanwhile try Hydrocortisone cream or sarna cream or eucerin or aveeno (oatmeal) itch creams otc.
