Both: Delayed period is a feature of pcos. It's also a feature of pregnancy. The only way to know is to check a pregnancy test, or if your period arrives at a later date. In both cases, a prenatal vitamin is never a bad idea. Go get a home pregnancy test.

Late period: To answer the pregnancy question please ask to have quantitative HCG drawn. It is a snapshot picture of your pregnancy hormone. It will answer 1. Are you pregnant 2. How far pregnant are you 3. Provide a baseline for comparison if there is no period in one week. Your HCG should double every 48 hrs in a normal pregnancy!
