2 weeks ago i passed a kidney stone and now i am getting sharp pains just at the bottom of my sternum and it hurts to touch. is this kidney related ?

Not kidney related: Kidney pain, especially stone related, radiates to the sides/back, and down towards the groin. It does not radiate to the midline sternum area (and it does not produce tactile pain). You are describing a medical problem that is not related to your kidney stone history. I am not sure what the reason is for your new condition but please seek attention from your general physician for a physical exam.
