Imbalance and dizzy: Unfortunately this could be many things, and more information with a physical exam is needed. If you have a sensation of movement, that is called vertigo, and can indicate an inner ear problem. But light-headed/dizziness can be seen with anemia, dehydration, heart or thyroid problems, among others. I recommend a call to your primary doctor. www.mainlineent.com.
