I had a weird feeling in my head tonight. it was as if my eyes were going cross sided and i got nausea and felt very off balance. it came out of no where. what could it be? it really scared me. the dizziness and off balance is gone after 2 minutes?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It could be a form of seizure and it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist. Wish you good health!
