Try life style plus: The basic approach is to eat 6 small meals as if you had bariatric surgery every 3 hours. The first meal starts the clock. Unprocessed food with high quality protein and green vegetables with plenty of broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. You need to inhibit estrogen which together with Insulin is making it hard to lose weight. Check 25 oh vit d. Sleep 8 hours, don't smoke, manage stress. Have fun!
