More info needed: 1. "blood cancer" could include myelome, lymphoma, leukemia, and other processes. 2. "third stage" -- if it means stage 3 -- isn't the only or necessarily the most important factor in determining treatment. Knowing when and how to treat a specific person is usually not amenable to a generic answer in 400 characters.
