Elbow pain: Consider lateral epicondylitis aka tennis elbow, or perhaps cervical radiculopathy.

Epicondylitis: Too much lifting or pulling have caused inflammation of the epicondyles of your elbows. Take advil (ibuprofen) and rest your arm. This should respond.
