What will happen if sibo is left untreated? will it worsen? are intolerance to carbohydrates and fats, real bad rotten egg gas symptoms?

Symptoms persist: If sibo is untreated symptoms will persist including gas, bloating, constipation. I recommend antibiotic treatment follow by probiotics. That will improve your ordorous gas symptoms.
