When i go to the bathroom and take a poop blood shows on the paper to make it worse i have pinworms im pregnant how can i treat this will it harm baby?

Medication for pinworms is only recommended for use during pregnancy when there are no alternatives and benefit outweighs risk. Your blood is likely not pinworm related. It may be more fissures/constipation.

Parasites: It important if you are pregnant, you do not take any medications without consulting your doctor. As far as the blood it could be a sign of constipation amongst other things. Make sure you are eating plenty of fruits and veggies and keep well hydrated. Make sure to please check with your doctor.
