See: OB/internist: Most medicine for pinworms are assigned to pregnancy category c by the fda. There is pregnant animanl evidence of teratogenicity (caused embryotoxicity and skeletal malformations). Medication for pinworms is only recommended for use during pregnancy when there are no alternatives and benefit outweighs risk. Your blood is likely not pinworm related. It may be more fissures/constipation.

Parasites: It important if you are pregnant, you do not take any medications without consulting your doctor. As far as the blood it could be a sign of constipation amongst other things. Make sure you are eating plenty of fruits and veggies and keep well hydrated. Make sure to please check with your doctor.
