Probably: Straining and hard stool can cause little tears in your anus that bleed. Also, pregnancy can cause hemorrhoids, which can bleed during bowel movements. Have your doctor take a look at your next prenatal exam. If there is no visible explanation for the bleeding, then your doctor may want you to see a colorectal specialist.
