See a gyn!: If your bleeding during your period is so heavy that your blood pressure is low and you have nausea and vomiting, you should see a gyn. There are so many good treatments for heavy periods including birth control pills, progesterone, progestin iud, Lysteda you also could have fibroids or an endometrial polyp. Only a gyn can determine what is causing the bleeding.
