Plan B can cause the side effects you mentioned. For info: https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/morning-after-pill/about/pac-20394730 It not a good idea to use Plan B for routine contraception. You may wish to get an IUD, injected contraceptive or take oral contraceptive regularly. Get HPV vaccine.
