Anxious and depresse: After the panic attack is over, you may not have syptoms of panic atteck, but underlying cause of panic attack which is anxiety/depression will persists and need to be treated to prevent the recurrence of panic attacks.

Drained: During a panic attack, there is a surge of sympathomimitic activity resulting in tachycardia, , shortness of breath, nausea, headache, blurring of vision, sweating, lightheadedness, tingly sensations, chest heaviness, markedly decreased concentration, dry mouth & at times depersonalization and derealization. Following such an explosion of anxiety people describe a sense of total exhaustion.
