i had a positive blood pregnancy test 6 days before my missed period i didn't think you could get a positive before implantation?

Possible: It is possible but the hormone has to be a certain value to show up. It also depends on how long your cycle is. Usually it is too early to know. But that is after implantation. You can't get a positive value before implantation. It likely means ovulation occurred earlier than expected.
