Hyperventilating: The feeling of the head spinning is called vertigo. It's a feeling of motion. It can also be a feeling of leaning. This symptom is very specific for vertigo. With lightheadedness or feeling faint in someone with anxiety is more often than not from hyperventilation which makes you lightheaded and can cause tingling in your lips and hands. Is it motion or lightheadedness that is the question.
