Good chance: You should be on some form of birth control if you had an ablation. An ablation doesn't prevent you from ovulating and getting pregnant but there will be a very high likelihood of miscarriage. The lining of your uterus is scarred after an ablation and an embryo will unlikely implant on the lining in this condition.
