No: Aih (autoimmune hepatits) could be serious and i feel for you. Foods do not lower liver enzymes. Some medicine promote bile flow and are useful. The main forms of treatment are anti-inflammatory drugs like steroids and imuran (azathioprine). It is important to be treated by someone who has experience in this disease.

Elevated liver tests: Autoimmune hepatitis is when the body's immune system attacks the liver causing it to be inflamed. When liver cells are inflamed enzymes that normally live inside the cells leak out and can be measure in the blood. The treatments for the inflamed liver is anti-inflammatory medication and not apple cider vinegar.

Serum Alkaline phosphatase and AST/ALT can certainly be elevated in Acute Autoimmune Hepatitis. The elevated Alkaline Phosphatase level is indicative of Biliary tract injury. However, Apple cider Vinegar isn't the treatment as others have already mentioned. Only suppression of the autoimmune inflammatory process will help the enzyme levels normalize.
